Join our group, gain confidence in your English skills, meet new friends, and learn more about the Calgary area and culture. You do not need to register, and you are welcome to join us the next time we meet.

We alternate between gathering in person at the Country Hills Library (or an alternate location noted below) and via Zoom.

What to Expect

We gather for about 90 minutes as a group. During this time, we introduce ourselves, briefly discuss a verse or passage from the Bible, and participate in conversation topics like travel, gardening, pets, culture, food, or hobbies.
